VERSE
Romans 12:1 "I beseech ye therefore, brethren, by the
mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living
sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your
reasonable service."
Sometimes we forget just who the 'owner'
of our temple is. Yes, it's nice to vacation and to take
the family somewhere for a little R/R, but we must
remember that through and by the sacrifice that Jesus
performed on the cross, when we accepted that gift,
there is a responsibility that comes with it. Just as
the soldier, upon entering into and taking the oath of
his office, bears the responsibilty to defend his
Constitution, his country, and the freedom that we
enjoy, so must the soldier of the cross defend his
family from the onslaught of the spiritual enemy and the
spiritual freedom that is enjoyed by all of God's
children. It is our
prayer that during your celebration of July 4th, that
you will also celebrate what God through Jesus has
accomplished in your and your family's lives.
PARTING SHOTS...
Shirley and I would like to thank all the
churches and folks that have hosted us ever and
especially the last few months. You are worthy of a
crown. Jesus said whoever gives a cold cup of water in
my name will receive a reward. Great may yours be.

PRAISE & PRAYER
REPORT
PTL! God is still on
the throne and is Alive and Well here in Ohio! We have
much to praise God for, especially these last 3 months.
Shirley and I both have been in the hospital but we are
on the mend and getting stronger everyday. Shirley's
brush with death only makes us realize how important it
is to stay on course as we fight the fight of faith.
NEWSFLASH.........
"Let My House...",
released in the middle of March, is shaping up as
another winner for The Profitts. If you haven't
purchased your copy yet, call us and we'll be glad to
ship it to you.
On the heels of this
release, Shirley and I are scheduled back in the studio
to start another project in the middle of July. The
anticipated release of this new production is the week
of September 7, 2008 (NQC Week!). Stay tuned for more.
CHRISTMAS IN THE
SMOKIES
Once again Pigeon Forge, TN will
be host to The Sunshine Group for a fabulous time of
gospel entertainment! The Mainstay Suites of Pigeon
Forge, TN will provide the setting and accommodations
for an enjoyable, heartfelt and God pleasing event. The
